Executive Vice President Human Resources
Doug Pelletiere is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Sargento Foods Inc. In this role, he oversees all the human resource functions for Sargento, including the employee experience from the moment they’re hired to the moment they retire, talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, as well as Sargento community relations.
Doug has more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership and is an expert at increasing employee engagement. Before joining the Sargento in 2017, Doug held a number of senior HR roles at Comcast, CVS/Caremark and Conseco Group Inc.
Doug holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a bachelor’s in telecommunications and political science from Indiana University. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association’s employment law section. Doug also serves on the boards of RCS Empowers and the Weill Center for Performing Arts.
